It is HPS's philosophy to customize solutions to meet the unique need of every client, big and small. We work with each client, developing tools and strategies that support collaboration among diverse groups. We provide simple solutions for complex problems. Bridging communities is our business.

Dr. Simone has developed a reputation as an outstanding problem meeting with Governor Baldacci of Maine regarding hospital business solver and consensus builder, bridging individuals with diverse and often conflicting interests. He has served in many professional and leadership roles throughout his career which have provided him with the expertise necessary to solve complex problems associated with hospitalist programs. His experiences as a private practice referring physician, hospitalist, medical staff president, and hospitalist administrative director (for ten years) make him uniquely qualified to assist clients in developing solutions to their hospitalist problems.
