Periodic Program Review and Targeted Troubleshooting

Whether the drivers are the government (e.g. Medicare), regulatory agencies (e.g. The Joint Commission, etc.), or private insurers, both the healthcare industry and hospital medicine are rapidly changing and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Consequently, hospitalist programs require periodic evaluation to assess program performance and address future plans. 3 and 6 month follow up review and analysis

HPS can also provide a 3 and 6-month site review and analysis to maintain focus on and momentum of the recommended initiatives. A follow-up site visit is highly recommended. In some instances a remote review may be appropriate.
