Project Cost

The cost is based upon the scope of deliverable services requested. Most projects are priced as a fixed fee although some services are more appropriately priced by the hour. For example, billing by the hour is more suitable when we assist your program with recruitment or provide telephone availability for longitudinal strategic planning and implementation. Our hourly services are billed to the closest quarter hour.

communicator Throughout the engagement, HPS will ensure that all key stakeholders have an opportunity to provide their perspective and feedback. One of our goals is to obtain an objective and comprehensive assessment of your practice (for existing programs), sponsoring hospital, medical staff, referral network, local community, and outlying communities. During this process we will bridge communities, consensus build, and identify collaborative solutions. This is all included within the fixed fee of the project.

The in-depth analysis will include initial drafts and final composition of desired reports. We will work with you during this process to ensure all of the project deliverables are achieved.

Travel, food, and lodging are not included in the project cost and will be incurred by the requesting entity.

Cost for a return visit to present our findings is separate from the project deliverables. We can provide an itemized fee for such services in the initial proposal upon request.

The cost of active participation during the implementation of our recommendations is not included in the project but can be provided upon request.
